Design and visualize
You build the ring in our live 3D studio — shape, carat, setting, metal, band, engraving — and the price updates with every change. When the design is right, a photorealistic AI render shows you the finished piece on a small render fee, so you approve exactly what will be made before committing.
Order and advance
Made-to-order means your ring does not exist yet — it is crafted for you after you order. You pay a 60% advance to start production, with the balance due before dispatch. Indian customers pay via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking); US customers can choose Razorpay or PayPal.
Every order carries a full product specification — the exact configuration you approved, downloadable from your order page — so there is never ambiguity about what is being made.
Production and quality control
Your design goes to the bench: the setting is cast or fabricated in your chosen karat, the center stone is sourced and certified, and the piece is set, finished and polished. Before dispatch it passes quality control against your product specification — stone weight, metal hallmarking, measurements and finish.
Throughout production you can message us directly from your order page; updates and questions flow through a single discussion thread tied to your order.
Final balance and dispatch
Once your ring passes QC, we issue the final invoice and you pay the remaining balance in-app. The ring ships fully insured with tracking, in presentation packaging, with its certification and hallmarking documents. From order to delivery, most rings take three to five weeks depending on complexity.
